Corey Mault

President

Corey Mault is the President of Mid Mountain Excavation, Inc and Mid Mountain Transport bringing more than 25 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment, construction operations, and field management. His career began with a strong foundation as a heavy equipment mechanic, giving him an in-depth understanding of machinery, maintenance, fleet performance, and jobsite operations.

Over the course of his career, Corey has served as a Fleet Manager, Equipment Operator, Field Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator, giving him a well-rounded perspective from the shop and field to project planning and execution. His ability to understand both the equipment and the construction process allows Mid Mountain Excavation to operate efficiently, safely, and with a strong focus on quality.

Corey holds certifications and credentials including OSHA 30, DOT, Asbestos certification with the State of Arizona, and septic certification, and is a licensed Arizona contractor holding ROC classifications CR-41, CR-2, and KB-1.

As President, Corey oversees field operations, equipment, project execution, estimating, and overall company performance. He is committed to maintaining the values Mid Mountain Excavation was built on—hard work, integrity, and quality workmanship—while continuing to build a strong future for the company.

Carri Mault

Chief Operating Officer

Carri Mault serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Mid Mountain Excavation, overseeing day-to-day business operations and helping drive the company’s continued growth and success.

With a strong background in construction operations, project coordination, estimating, administration, and business management, Carri brings an organized, hands-on approach to every aspect of the company. She works closely with customers, contractors, vendors, and the Mid Mountain team to ensure projects are planned effectively, communication stays clear, and commitments are followed through from start to finish.

As COO, Carri is responsible for coordinating business operations, estimating and proposals, customer relationships, scheduling, financial oversight, compliance, and administrative functions. She plays an important role in connecting office and field operations, helping ensure that Mid Mountain delivers the reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship its customers expect.

Connor Mault

Estimator

Connor Mault is an Estimator for Mid Mountain Excavation. Connor works closely with customers to review project requirements, develop accurate estimates, evaluate material and equipment needs, and help ensure projects are properly planned from the beginning. His attention to detail and willingness to learn from experienced field professionals allow him to connect the estimating process with the realities of the jobsite.

Working alongside experienced leadership and field personnel, Connor is developing a strong understanding of excavation, grading, demolition, hauling, site preparation, and construction operations. He is committed to providing customers with accurate project information, dependable communication, and practical solutions that help projects stay on track.

Samantha Maxwell

Marketing Director

Samantha is an Arizona State University graduate with a background in social media, marketing, and the sports industry. During her time at ASU, she spent a season working with the D1 ACHA hockey team, gaining hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and sports marketing. Her experience has helped her develop a strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and creating content that connects with audiences.

As Marketing Director at Mid Mountain, Samantha brings a creative perspective and a passion for building a strong brand presence while continuing to grow her experience and take on new challenges.
